Nose: Expect ripe bananas, walnuts, hints of citrus and a home- 
baking quality 

Palate: Perfectly moreish with golden syrup sponge pudding, 
ginger spices and a vanilla quality 

Finish: Long, with red apples, burnt sugar, banoffee pie and 
sugared almonds
