Distilled in August 1987 at Invergordon, this single grain Scotch whisky matured for 30 years before it was charged from a refill butt in September 2017, at 55% ABV. One of only 278 bottles.
Nose: Gentle spice with stewed apples, dark chocolate with caramel and mango papaya and tropical-fruit.
Palate: Chocolate chip cookie with creamy strawberry milkshake and brown sugar. Juicy red berries, quince, toffee apples and brandy snaps.
Finish: Delicious and slightly perfumed with summer fruits (raspberries).
