SMWS Batch 04 7 Years Old - The Peat Faerie

DESCRIPTION

Batch 4 was discovered when developing its predecessor. The Tasting Panel sampled a number of blended recipes at different proportions, strengths and ages and some of the younger blends were among the highest scoring. This 7-year old recipe is born from both barrels and hogsheads from Islay and Speyside, and features a stronger Islay influence than its older namesake.
