DESCRIPTION

Bottled at 56.2% maturation in a combination of Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads and Butts rich notes of stewed fruits,  sherry-soaked prunes and dark chocolate on the palate.  Limited edition release, only 7,800 bottles produced. 
Non-chill filtered and no added colour.
