DESCRIPTION

Nose: 
Sweet and dried fruits, russet apple, a light leathery, sherried raisin note, fairly malty 
Palate: 
Strong sweet caramel reasons, earthy and tangy, moves more to stone fruit, damsons and plums, some toasted oak spice that balances the sweetness, chewy texture 
Finish: 
Tends towards soft dry with the sweetness feeding. Still quite earthy with a dash of paper amongst the raisins and vanilla
