Hibiki, which means harmony in Japanese, is a masterful combination of carefully selected malt and grain whiskeys with body. Awarded a Gold 'Editor's Choice' award from Whisky Magazine and picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010 The Hibiki 17 years presents an amber colour, medium body. Nose: Ripe bananas, vanilla cream puffs and a gentle twinge of citrus freshness are appreciated. Palate: Shows bananas with toffee, buttercream and vanilla. Finish: Sweet and velvety, with a certain citric acidity.
